Salt flats. Canyons. Rainbow-colored mountains. High-altitude wineries. Northwest Argentina has so much to do and see—without hordes of tourists. You can even spend the night in the middle of Salinas Grandes, one of the world’s largest salt flats—truly a surreal, otherworldly experience.
